Monedela Ltd is the data controller for personal information described in this notice. We use information submitted through our website to understand and respond to enquiries, and limited business contact information to introduce relevant Monedela services to organisations.

Website enquiries

We collect your name, email address, enquiry message, submission time and the technical anti-spam result needed to protect the form. Your enquiry is processed through Cloudflare and stored in Monedela’s private Supabase system. Access is limited to authorised Monedela staff. We do not sell enquiry information.

Business outreach

We may contact people working at limited companies and other corporate organisations where we reasonably believe a Monedela service could be relevant to their role or organisation. Contact details may come from the organisation’s website, a business directory, a professional profile, a public announcement or a direct introduction.

Where a named business contact is personal data, we rely on our legitimate interests in finding and speaking with prospective business customers. Before contact, we consider whether the message is relevant, necessary and unlikely to override the person’s rights. We do not send unsolicited electronic marketing to sole traders or individual subscribers unless we have consent or another applicable legal permission.

Your choices and our suppression list

Every outreach message identifies Monedela and provides a simple way to opt out. Reply “no thanks” or email hello@monedela.com. We will stop marketing to that address and retain only the minimum information needed on a suppression list so we can respect the request.

Retention and your rights

We retain enquiries and prospect records only while they remain useful for the purpose collected, any agreed follow-up, legal obligations or legitimate business records. You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, or object to direct marketing, by emailing hello@monedela.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
